The reason behind this blog is just to understand the above title
I really intend to share my experience and receive inputs from you as well on the same.
Recently my friend ad myself attended interview with an organisation of repute which has its presence from 19th century(name not disclosed)
Everything went on well till the last round of discussion. Last round was with a senior person and we had the shock of our life. We faced technical questions from him and went on to check the products of each and every organisation we had worked for,,,with the exact name of the products though..(something indigestible)
We were completely in a mess, just trying to understand whether we have to be prepared technically to take the recruiter position interviews????? (probably should have taken Systems and HR in our MBA!!)
We really need your inputs on the same, as this would certainly help in our future job hunts!!!
